Negotiating Internationally

This course is primarily designed to cover the key language needed to negotiate with international partners in English.  In addition, it gives participants all important knowledge on how to adapt their negotiating skills to an international environment. These differences center around:

  • Advance correspondence (phone / email)
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Presenting proposals
  • Active listening
  • Dealing with stress / potential conflict
  • Reaching mutually successful agreement
